Our Agreement
If we at any time become bankrupt, deceiced or are no longer in business for whatever reason, the life of the guarantee still stands.
Rising Damp
An injection cream is inserted into the mortor bed along the damp course level and all perpends of walls. The backing plaster is treated with waterproofer. Joist ends of treated walls are treated with a deep kill paste.
Penetrating damp
Depending on customer requirements, above ground level would be treated with bitumin or at high level damp readings could require a full K11 tanking system.
Sub-Floor: Cellars
The K11 tanking system would be highly recommended.

Where ground levels are higher than damp course level.
Ground Floor Timbers and Roof Timbers
Where risk of infestation is possible, steps can be taken with spraying chemicals and ventilation remedies.
